The 39th Convention is scheduled to take place on Saturday 16th November 2019. This will be a new venue as we are no longer able to use ‘The Visitation Parish Centre’.

There is a web-site for the venue and there is more than ample parking.
The town is also on a main line railway station, although this is a reasonable walk but probably not much further than was the case at Greenford.
The reason we are here is very simple, Michael G’s Brother Jim is the Hall Manager and this instantly means nothing will go wrong. To be honest this facility is in a much nicer area than we have been involved with since 1988, excepting ‘Lakeside’!
We are in the process of finalising a ‘Special Guest’ and details of this aspect will be released as soon as we have them.
The problem of 2018 was on-going and we were very reluctant to loose another year. To be truthful we didn’t keep to the normal formula for dealing with ‘Special Guests’ due to certain influences and this was a mistake. Due to this aspect there is at this time talk of an event in March of 2020, plus September/October to place us back to the 40th/41st sequence.
